What school do you attend? Canyon Springs High School

How long have you played and what motivated you to get involved in this sport? Coming from a family full of basketball athletes, I was quickly influenced to play the sport. I began playing ball at the age of 3. Growing up, I would watch my older brothers playing basketball outside; it was then that my love for basketball grew.

Please list any accomplishments you are proud of achieving in your sport: Tournament MVP for the 2nd Annual High School Tip-Off Classic. Went to camps throughout the summer and made the All-Star games and got MVP.

What do you like most about your sport? I get the opportunity to showcase my ability and talent.

What is your favorite sport to watch on TV and why? I enjoy watching basketball because it improves my skills in certain situations. It also allows me to learn from those who have already taken the road that I aspire to be on. 

Who is your favorite athlete or person you draw inspiration from? Why do you draw inspiration from this person? I consider Kobe Bryant to be my favorite athlete, because I like the way he freezes his defender up and then pulls up in his face.

Do you think that being an athlete helps or hinders you with your academic studies? I think of my academics has an advantage to playing basketball. It helps to keep me focused, disciplined and on task. (3.1GPA)

Do you plan on pursuing your sport at the college level? Most definitely.

Do you plan on pursuing a career in your sport as a professional? Yes, I am determined to make it to the NBA. But if not, I want to play overseas.

If you do not pursue a professional career in your sport what else would you like to do in life? I would to make video games. 
 
Do you have a favorite saying? I can do anything through Christ that strengthens me.  
 
What is your favorite food? Chicken Fingers from Hamburger Hut.   

Favorite show on TV? Fresh Prince of Bel Air.

Favorite movie? Coach Carter and Roll Bounce.

Any other comments that you think may be necessary for this questionnaire? If we continue to strive on the path that we are on now, we’ll have a great chance at winning the 4A State Championship.
