Wednesday, November 18, 2009

Las Vegas, NV--Tuff-N-Uff presents "The Future Stars of MMA!" on Friday, November 27th at 7:00 pm in the Mardi Gras Ballroom of the Orleans Hotel and Casino.  The Las Vegas, Los Angeles and San Diego top MMA gyms will be represented by their best amateur fighters, including Latasha Marzolla, Josh Peasley, John Gettle and Gor Mmatsakanyan.

Playboy's 2004 special edition playmate of the year Latasha Marzolla will headline the Tuff-N-Uff's fight card. The former playmate is ready to dazzle again, seven months after her triumphant Tuff-N-Uff debut on May 30th, 2009 against Christy Tada.

"Latasha's fight against Christy is the second most viewed video on Tuff-N-Uff's YouTube channel and has been featured on websites all over the world," said Jeff Meyer, Vice President of Tuff-N-Uff Productions, Inc.   "We're excited to help her pursue her dream of becoming a future star in the sport of MMA.  She is funny and sweet outside of the ring but has proven to be more than serious inside of it," continued Meyer.

Tuff-N-Uff Productions have also planned out a series of announcements and events leading up to the November 27th fight night.   First of those is the appearance of Strikeforce middleweight champion Jake Shields at the Las Vegas Nutrition Center for an autograph session on November 21st, 2009. Jake will be signing autographs and giving away free nutritional samples from noon till 3 pm. Also present will be Tuff-N-Uff fighters Ryan Couture, Larry Mir and Jimmy Jones.   DJ Baby Chino, the world's youngest DJ, will provide the entertainment aspect of the event.   The fighters' autograph event is s co-presented by Champion Nutrition and TapouT Nutrition.  Tuff-N-Uff will also be collecting canned food as a part of its Thanksgiving food drive.  The donation will qualify the participants to the 50% ticket discount for the November 27th show!

Additionally, Tuff-N-Uff announces the creation of its afterschool program, in cooperation with SportsonSports.com and Findlay Toyota.  Starting in March, Tuff-N-Uff Productions and Sportsonsports.com will host MMA training seminars, free to students of Las Vegas schools.  "The program is designed to teach students the tenants of martial arts including discipline, respect and honor, while keeping them off the streets," Said Raven Brosier, President of Sportsonsports.com.  "We're excited to work with Tuff-N-Uff and to have the support of Findlay Toyota, to reach the student population of Las Vegas".
