Big League Dreams Now Forming Sports Leagues |

Monday, February 1, 2010 LAS VEGAS -- More than 4,000 people have already visited the Big League Dreams Sports Park since it opened to the public Jan. 25. Now, BLD is encouraging hundreds more to sign up for its softball and indoor soccer leagues.

This fun-filled and educational event is free to all families. The event will take place on Saturday, October 3rd from 1P to 5P at Centennial Hills Park, located behind the Centennial Hills YMCA, at 6601 N. Buffalo Drive in the Northwest.

Thursday, July 16, 2009 Las Vegas, NV--Everyone with Internet access can help Las Vegas win $100,000 for community tennis programs and the honor of being named Best Tennis Town 2009 by the United States Tennis Association (USTA). Saturday, July 18, 2009 Las Vegas, NV--The Vegas summers can be very hard to get in some much needed exercise for most people, but the Las Vegas Sports Leagues have proven that the heat won't stop some of the true sports enthusiasts from enjoying their favorite sports. The summer leagues for both basketball and flag football have reached the end of week 5 (of 10 with the extension of playoffs for teams who move on), and, though the heat has been brutal, the teams and players are still enjoying their games. |

UFC Fighters Bring Hope To Boys Town Nevada Children |

Thursday, July 16, 2009 LAS VEGAS, NV--Boys Town Nevada children were treated to a once in a lifetime experience when mixed martial arts fighters Stephan Bonner, Gray Maynard, Phil Baroni, Marc Laimon, Yoshihiro Akiyama, Tyson Griffin, Jake Rosholt and others visited Boys Town's 22-acre campus in Northwest Las Vegas on the evening of July 14th. The Ultimate Fighters brought gift cards, shirts and hats for all of the children along with a message of hope. |
