Las Vegas, NV--The Las Vegas 51s' Robert Ray won the Pacific Coast League's "Pitcher of the Week" for the week of May 3-9 after a complete-game shutout against the Tacoma Rainiers on Sunday. Ray is 3-2 with a 3.44 ERA this season with the 51s. The team has struggled to get past the .500 mark with their record, but there are still several bright spots a lot of games left to make a splash in the PCL's Southern division.

Las Vegas, NV--Today USA Basketball hosted a press conference to announce the addition of four new players to the Team USA Basketball pool of players for international competition. The new additions were NBA Rookie of the Year and Sacramento Kings star Tyreke Evans, Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry, Oklahoma City Thunder forward Jeff Green, and member of the 2008 gold medal campaign and Detroit Piston forward Tayshaun Prince.

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.--USA Basketball and Las Vegas Events (LVE) today announced that for a fifth consecutive summer the USA Basketball Men's National Team will conduct a training camp in Las Vegas, Nev.  The 2010 USA National Team training camp will be conducted July 19-24 in Las Vegas and will culminate with the 2010 USA Basketball Showcase, a Blue-White intra-squad game that will be held on Saturday, July 24, 7 p.m. (PDT) at the Thomas & Mack Center on the campus of UNLV.  The USA training camp will feature daily practice sessions from 12-3 p.m. (PDT) July 20-23 at UNLV's Cox Pavilion. The USA practices are closed to the general public.
